The McCall Public Library Foundation fosters relationships that inspire philanthropic support,
stewards financial resources, and builds partnerships that galvanize advocacy for the McCall Public Library.
The McCall Public Library Foundation was incorporated in 2018 as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization to support enhancement efforts by the Library, the Library Board of Trustees, community volunteers and the City of McCall.
Our dedicated Board of Directors, our Ambassadors Fundraising Team, and our staff have given their all to make the Foundation a powerful force for good in our community. We are proud that in our short history, we have had a large impact on the expansion effort for the McCall Public Library.
The Foundation's current focus is to support the expansion of our 50-year-old library facility. The Library is the heart of our community, providing a safe, inclusive space to gather for education, life-long learning, literacy and connection.
Our generous donors have already contributed $1.5 million, allowing us to fulfill our pledge to the city of McCall to offer $1.5 million to augment McCall City's passage of a $4.2 million bond for Library expansion. We will continue to raise funds throughout the course of the construction of the new library in order to bring a world class facility to the people of McCall. We are well on our way towards our 2022 goal, to raise an additional $300,000.
